30/03/2009 : Win a thing!
We're on our way from Birmingham to Sheffield in the pursuit of ROCK. Touring is good, there's no doubt about it.
As you might be aware,
I'll Never Know is out as a download single on
13th April. There's a pretty awesome video for it (see below) and our new shirt features the hero and villain from that very video (also see below!). Said shirt has been selling on tour like a cake that is hot.
Being as we rarely see these shirts outside of gigs, we wondered where you wear them. We wondered, what is the oddest location in which this shirt will be worn? And so we decided to ask you.
Send photos of you wearing your Capt. Krieg vs Sinister Jackson HR shirt (shown above) in a peculiar location to
info@hundredreasons.com - only photos mailed to that address will be counted as entries and the new shirt is the only one valid for this particular shebang.
Winner will most likely be based on oddest location but we reserve the right to pick one we really like for some other reason.
Oh yeah, a prize.
The winner gets...
- A signed copy of the I'll Never Know CD promo. Being as this is being released as a download-only single, the promo's the only way you can get a physical copy.
- A signed copy of the CD reissue of Quick The Word, Sharp The Action which isn't in shops til 20th April (but which IS available on tour now)
- Whatever else we find lying around at the time we send out the prize.
The tour runs until Monday 6th May, so closing date is Sunday 12th April.
Bonne chance!
27/03/2009 : Spring threads
Spring's here, honest. Yeah, freezing winds, rain... But you know that soon enough you're going to want to get your arms out in the fresh air. Which is where this little beauty comes in...
and here's that design in close-up...
Mmmmmm, lovely!
You can grab this snazzy number from the merch stand on tour. TOUR. THE TOUR STARTS TOMORROW! Oh my.
26/03/2009 : Ready SET Go!
As has been mentioned previously, if you're on
Twitter we'll be doing some cautiously experimental setlist stuff via the medium-of-the-moment this week. Here's the list we've been pondering, from which the set will emerge...
Remmus
Shine
If I Could
I'll Find You
Dissolve
Silver

Oratorio
Falter
What Thought Did
What You Get
My Sympathy
The Perfect Gift
Stalemate
Kill Your Own

Feed The Fire

The Chance
No Way Back
I'll Never Know
Break The Glass
Out Of Time
Slipping Away
Now, aside from that heady night in Exeter a few years back, yer average tour set is never going to be full of B-sides. But maybe we've missed an album track loads of you really want to hear? Or maybe Cerebra would be more fun than Remmus? No promises we'll go for it, but we're genuinely interested to hear from you -
